The large amount of heat emitted by the compressor can be reused for other processes where water heating is required. This means a significant reduction in energy costs. From 80 to 93% of electricity is converted into heat and is lost as a result of radiation. Up to 90% of this energy can be recovered and used for other purposes. This is achieved by simply connecting the ENERGY BOX recuperator to the compressor. The amount of recovered energy (heat) depends on the size of the compressor and the utilization factor (number of hours per year). Heat can be converted into useful work for heating air or water.
At the same time, it is possible to obtain a water temperature of up to 90 ° C. The resulting heated water can be used for all applications where hot water is required: in boilers, washrooms, showers, heating systems, drying processes, turbine power.
